Harvest Time Asheville is a Spirit filled, Christ-centered church that believes in God the Father, Jesus, the Son of God and the Holy Spirit.
At Harvest Time Asheville we offer a variety of ministries, Bible studies, community outreaches, Worship encounters, weekly prayer, opportunities to help you grow spiritually in your relationship with God and socially in relationship with the Body of Christ.
Our ministry team is made up of men, women and young adults who are faithful and passionate serving in the church and out in the community to encourage you on your spiritual journey with Christ.

Our Story
Pastors Darrell & Sandy McClaren founded Harvest Time Asheville August 27, 1995.
Darrell was a fourth generation of preachers. He was born in Oaklahoma City, Oaklahoma and as young child moved from town to town with his parent's as they Pastored and traveled full time as Evangelist. Darrell's parents traveled for a season with Evangelist A.A. Allen and Darrell would hold Bro. Allen's briefcase and walk beside him as he would pray for people in hospitals and under the Big campmeeting tents.
Darrell was called into full time ministry at the age of 24 year's old and traveled the United States and overseas preaching the Gospel.
God used Darrell mightily in the gifts of the Spirit and many were healed and delivered of sicknesses and demon spirits.
Darrell was an accomplished musician, his favorite instrument to play was the Hammond organ. He was known for his charismatic playing. He wrote most of songs and sang under a great anointing. He preached with a powerful anointing and people were spiritually changed and grew in God.
He and his wife Sandy were married in April of 1989. Sandy Miller McClaren was raised on Hatteras Island, Avon NC.
Sandy, grew up serving in her home church of Avon. She was saved , baptized in the Holy Spirit and was called to ministry from her home church and went on to Bible college graduating in the major of Evangelism.
Sandy has traveled overseas doing missions work and her greatest passion is to see people grow in the Lord.
In August of 2021 her husband Darrell of 32 year's graduated to heaven and was left to lead Harvest Time Asheville. Sandy's passion to lead people has not changed but increased to see what God has instore for the future. Her heart is to see her City of Asheville and around the world experience a mighty move of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit man can do nothing but with the Holy Spirit nothing is impossible. Every service Pastor Sandy believes miracles should be taking place in the lives of people.
Pastor Sandy preaches the great commission is the responsibility of every believer in Christ.
Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have command you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
